In person or online — which should I choose?
Honest answer: for most care, either works, and you don't have to decide forever. Your records, provider, and treatment plan are the same across all three options, so many patients mix them.
Choose an office visit if…
Choose telehealth if…
Not sure? Request an appointment and tell us your preference in the form — our team will recommend the best fit when we call back. Whichever you pick, the first visit is the same: a thorough evaluation, and you leave with a plan and a scheduled follow-up.
Where our patients come from
In person, we serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex: Coppell, Grapevine, Irving, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Carrollton, and Valley Ranch around our Coppell office, and Addison, Farmers Branch, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, and the Galleria area around North Dallas. Online, we serve all of Texas — Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and every town in between.
The one hard line: we see Texas residents only, and we do not accept Medicaid. We're in-network with most major insurance plans — check yours on our insurance page.
