In person or online — which should I choose?

Honest answer: for most care, either works, and you don't have to decide forever. Your records, provider, and treatment plan are the same across all three options, so many patients mix them.

Choose an office visit if…

You simply prefer being in a room with your provider.
You're starting TMS, which is delivered in person at our Coppell office.
A quiet, private space is easier to find at our office than at home.

Choose telehealth if…

You're anywhere in Texas outside the DFW metroplex.
Your schedule makes travel hard.
You want appointments — including on days North Dallas is closed — without a commute.

In person, we serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex: Coppell, Grapevine, Irving, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Carrollton, and Valley Ranch around our Coppell office, and Addison, Farmers Branch, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, and the Galleria area around North Dallas. Online, we serve all of Texas — Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and every town in between.

The one hard line: we see Texas residents only, and we do not accept Medicaid. We're in-network with most major insurance plans — check yours on our insurance page.

Common questions about our locations

TMS, switching between offices, insurance, and telehealth eligibility.

Coppell — our TMS suite and TMS team are based at the Coppell office. Your initial evaluation can happen at either office or by video.

Yes — your records and care plan are shared across both offices and telehealth, so you can use whichever is convenient for each visit. Just tell the front desk your preference when scheduling.

Yes — insurance works the same at both offices and by telehealth. We're in-network with most major plans; send us your card and we'll verify your benefits before your first visit.

Yes, if you're in Texas: telehealth appointments are available statewide by secure video. We can't see patients located outside Texas.
