Souad Hawkins Ezzaher is a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing medication management, working as part of CIP's prescribing team to build and adjust each care plan over time.
