Jessa is a Registered Nurse with a background in law enforcement and currently works as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) and Medical Assistant. In her role as a Medical Assistant, she supports healthcare providers with patient care, clinical documentation, coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks, helping ensure that patients receive quality and compassionate care. Her journey through different fields has taught her the importance of compassion, patience, responsibility, adaptability, and continuous growth.
She is passionate about helping others, learning new things, and becoming a better version of herself with every experience.
