Shurhaini joined the practice in June 2023 and has grown through various roles, beginning as a Provider and Administrative Assistant, followed by Medical Scribe and Spravato Treatment Coordinator, and most recently transitioning into New Patient Coordination and Virtual Human Resource Management for the HVA team.
She has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the Philippines since 2017, with over four years of hands-on hospital experience before transitioning into healthcare virtual assistance.
Shurhaini combines her clinical background with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. She is adaptable, resourceful, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to supporting patients, the team, and the practice's evolving needs.
